Some radish recipes we’ve rounded up are:

  • Rainbow radish-cabbage salad
  • And a spicy seafood salsa made with wild-caught shrimp!

Fayetteville Farmers' Market:  There's Still Time to Order Online!

We know it is a busy time so we thought
we would send a reminder.

MONDAY UPDATES:

You may still order or add items until 6 am on Wed morning Dec 18. All orders will be combined and you will only be charged once.

Pick up is Thursday Dec 19 from 4:30-5:30 pm. Your credit card will be charged only once, after you pick up, to insure that all items you ordered were packed for you.

APPLE ORDER DEADLINE: is 1 pm on TUESDAY to allow grower time to assemble the orders. This applies to all apples, cider and vinegar. So order soon to be sure you get those.

Good Morning!
The market is open for ordering this week for Christmas orders. You have a choice of pickup days – Saturday or on Tuesday (Christmas Eve). Please specify which day you’d like to pick up in the comments of your order.
If you’d like jams, stop by the farmstand when you pick up. After next week, the stand will close for the season.

This is the LAST online ordering for 2024 so stock up for the holidays. Locally grown and locally made items will be fresher than store bought!

NEWS AND NOTES THIS WEEK:

EBT/SNAP MATCH IS NOW $50 (NOT $100). Our match funds are running low as we come to the end of the year.

CHESTNUTS! Locally grown and wonderful steamed or roasted. PLus BUCKEYES! Not edible but great Ozark gift to keep in pockets for luck. Check the nuts category for these items.

EGGS? LIMITED SUPPLY ONLINE THIS WEEK. No duck eggs. With short days and colder weather, the chickens and ducks do not lay as many eggs.

DECEMBER SCHEDULE: Library pickup will be available on Thursday Dec 19. Closed on Dec 26.

GINA’s SALSA is back! Locally made.

FROZEN PEACHES ADDED: these are over-ripe peaches picked fresh and frozen in 1 pound packages. Great for pies, cobblers, jams and other baking.

A&A Orchard also has apples available as well as local cider and apple cider vinegar. Apples marked “seconds” are on sale: 8lbs for $16 and are wonderful for baking, applesauce, etc.

BAKED GOODS: Dirty Apron and Ozark Natural Breads are online this week. Celi Bakes has amazing gluten free items that taste wonderful to everyone!

VEGGIES: a variety of veggies available this week (all are organic): carrots, lettuces, kale, salad mix, spinach, chard, turnips.

LOCAL MEAT: Consider local meat for your your holiday table—lamb, chicken, beef, and pork available online now.

VEGAN/VEGETARIAN: Bartleby’s has locally made seitan products for tasty plant based options.

OTHER GOOD THINGS AVAILABLE: local honey, locally made salsa and hot sauce, locally handcrafted items and more.

Middle Tennessee Locally Grown market
