Zucchini Pie

<p>Just wanted something different and came across this simple recipe on line.</p>

Serves: 6-8 slices


Ingredients
3 cup unpeeled chopped zucchini
1 large onion
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
1/4 cup oil
3 Tbs. minced parsley
taste taste salt and peper
4 whole eggs
1 cup bisquick

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Chop and saute the onion
  2. Fry and crumble the bacon.
  3. Mix all ingredients together and pour into a 10 inch pie pan.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. Serve warm or cold.
