Zuchini Pizza

<p>Was really tired of dried out crush with my Pizza, was foraging through the garden when there was my answer. This has been a family tradition for over 30 years now.<br /> Was in college, of coarse as most know!!!!!!! Beside studing there is always a crowd of hunger friends.</p>

Serves: 6

4 cup shredded and peel Zuccinni
1 cup Shredded Mozzarella
1 cup Shredded Cheddera
1/2 cup Grated Parmesan
2 egg's Farm Fresh Brown egg's
1 pound Ground Beef
1 cup Chpped Onions
1 can 8 oz Tomato Paste( preferred fresh local Tomatoes
1/4 teaspoon Dried Oregano
1 cup Fresh Green Pepper
1 24oz Can Dried Mushroom

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Spoon over crust. Top with green peppers and mushrooms ; sprinkle with remaining cheese Bake for 25 -35 minutes more until heated through and cheese are melted.
