Buttermilk Fried Pork Chops

Ingredients
1 pound Pork chops
2 cups Buttermilk
2 teaspoons Hot sauce
1 1/4 cups Flour
1 tablespoon Seasoned salt
1 teaspoon Seasoned salt
1 1/2 teaspoons Black pepper
1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon Paprika
2 cups Canola oil
Sauce for serving

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Season the pork chops with salt & pepper on both sides. Whisk the buttermilk & hot sauce together. Put the pork chops into the mixture and let them soak for 1 hour.
  2. lour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, and paprika into a large plastic bag and mix to combine. Put the pork chops into the mixture, then place them onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Put the pork chops into the refrigerator and let them sit for 20 minutes to allow the flour to set. After this time has passed, heat the oil over medium-high heat and fry the pork chops until golden on both sides. Place them onto a plate lined with a paper towel to drain off excess oil.
