Honey-roasted parsnips

Ingredients
500 grams Parsnips
1 tablespoon Flour
1 tablespoon Honey
2 tablespoons Sunflower oil
2 tablespoons Butter

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Cut off the tops and ends of the parsnips and cut the larger ones in half lengthways.
  2. Put the parsnips into a large saucepan and add water and salt. Bring to a boil and let cook for 5 minutes. Drain out the parsnips into a colander and let them sit for a few minutes to dry.
  3. Heat oven to 375 degrees. Sprinkle the parsnips with the flour and honey and gently toss them to coat.
  4. Put the parsnips into a roasting tin and drizzle with the oil, butter, and any desired seasonings.
  5. Roast for 40 minutes, turning the parsnips after 20 minutes.
