Source: joyfoodsunshine.com (Entered by Ariana Giddens)
Serves: 4 cups
Vegetarian!

Ingredients
2 cups Heavy whipping cream (cold)
1/2 cup Powdered sugar
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Put the bowl of a stand mixer or a regular mixing bowl into the fridge to allow it to chill for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Remove the bowl from the fridge and place all of the ingredients into it. Use the wire whisk mixer attachment or a hand-held mixer, and beat the ingredients together, starting on low speed and increasing to high slowly as the mixture becomes firmer.
  3. Beat for 60-90 seconds until stiff peaks form in the cream. Stop and scrape the sides of the bowl halfway through mixing to ensure all of the cream is beaten.
  4. Transfer to a piping bag or container for use as desired.
