Zucchini Salad

2 cups Grated Zucchini
1 Tblsp. Chopped Fresh Chives
1 Tblsp Chopped Fresh Oregano
2 Tblsp Slivered Fresh Basil
Salt and Pepper
1 Medium Chopped Tomato
2 Tblsp Grated Feta
6 Chopped Kalamata Olives

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Mix all together and drizzle with a bit of olive oil. Makes a tasty side with salmon.
