BBQ Pork Belly Strips

Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds Pork belly (sliced into strips)
1/2 tablespoon Olive oil
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1/8 teaspoon Pepper
Any additional seasoning you prefer to add
1/4 cup BBQ sauce of your choice

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Whisk the oil & seasonings together, then brush the mixture onto the pork belly strips.
  2. Put the pork belly onto a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes. Remove the strips from the oven, baste them in the BBQ sauce of your choice on both sides, then bake them for another 10 to 15 minutes before serving.
