Balsamic Concord Roasted Grapes

Ingredients
1 pound Concord grapes
1 tablespoon Olive oil
2 teaspoons Fresh marjoram leaves
OR thyme
Or oregano
Aged balsamic or sherry vinegar (for garnish)
Salt & Pepper (to taste)
Cheese (as a side)
Bread (as a side)

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees. Combine the grapes, oil, and herbs of choice on a baking sheet with a rim, then toss until combined.
  2. Roast for 15 minutes, then drizzle with vinegar & season to taste.
  3. Serve with bread and/or cheese.
