Cheesy Broccoli Chips

Ingredients
3 Broccoli stalks
2 tablespoons Olive oil
1 teaspoon Garlic powder
3/4 cup Grated Parmesan cheese

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Peel off any nubs on the broccoli stalks, then slice them into thin coins. In a bowl, toss the coins with olive oil, then sprinkle them with garlic powder.
  3. Arrange the coins in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, then sprinkle them with grated Parmesan cheese. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, then enjoy.
