Zucchini Stir Fry

Serves: 4

2-4 (adjust to taste) zucchini squash
1 onion
salt and pepper
(optional) brown sugar or honey
2 tbsp olive oil or butter

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Wash and cut up the zucchini and onion.
  2. Heat skillet with olive oil or butter and add zucchini and onion.
  3. Season with salt & pepper, and sugar or honey if desired. Stir-fry until vegetables are tender.
