Chicken Fajitas

<p>Using the slow cooker, this is a simple and delicious recipe!</p>

Ingredients
1 Lb Chicken Breasts
1 T Taco or Fajita Seasoning
1 Large Onion
1 Bell Pepper
16 Oz Stewed Tomatoes
1/2 Cup Fresh Mushrooms
1 Tsp Dried Chopped Garlic

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Cut chicken breasts into strips.
  2. Slice onion, pepper, and mushrooms. Place in slow cooker.
  3. Add tomatoes, chicken, seasoning, 1c water.
  4. Cook on low for 6 hours. Serve with tortillas, lettuce and sour cream, or a good crusty bread!
